Why this race matters more than most
Las Vegas isn’t just another stop this season. HYROX lists it as Race 4 of the five-race 2026/27 Elite Series, between Bangkok in February and Lyon in May. That means the world’s fastest 15 men and 15 women, plus the new Challenger 15 field, will race on the same floor as the age-groupers. The top three in each Elite Series race qualify directly for the 2027 World Championships in Hong Kong. Read more in our breakdown of the new Elite Series format.
What changes with the new venue
The Las Vegas Convention Center sits just east of the Strip, next to the Westgate and connected to the Las Vegas Monorail. For racers, the practical differences are:
- Getting there: The Monorail’s convention center station is the easiest car-free option from the Strip.
- Parking: Big shows fill the LVCC lots fast. Plan to arrive early for your wave.
- Where to stay: Hotels near the north and central Strip are closest.
We’ll publish a full venue guide with parking, warm-up space and spectator tips once HYROX releases the floor plan.
Tickets
Several ticket trackers, including RoxRadar and TrainRox, reported that public tickets opened on October 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. HYROX doesn’t publish sell-out times in advance, and popular waves at US races often go quickly. Check the official event page for what’s still available in your division.
Charity entries are also offered. HYROX’s event listing shows fundraising minimums of $400 for Singles, $600 per Doubles team and $1,000 per Relay team. Spectators need their own ticket.
