HYROX Sends Cease-and-Desist Letters to Results Sites: What It Means for Your Splits

If you’ve ever compared your splits on a third-party HYROX site, this one affects you.

What happened

In mid-October 2026, HYROX sent cease-and-desist letters to at least eight third-party results and analytics sites, giving them seven days to stop scraping data from HYROX’s official results. According to the5krunner, RoxOpt and HyCoach confirmed they received letters. HYRESULT hadn’t made an announcement, and its site was working normally on October 15.

Why it matters

Third-party sites grew popular because they did things the official results didn’t: comparing splits against your age group, tracking progress across races and estimating what’s possible. Many racers, coaches and gyms rely on them for training decisions.

From HYROX’s side, race data is part of what makes the platform valuable, and it has been investing in its own digital products. That fits the bigger business picture of a sport with new owners and big commercial ambitions.

What to do as a racer

1. Use HYROX’s official results as your source for times and splits.
2. Save your splits yourself. After each race, copy your station and run times into a spreadsheet or training app.
3. Use our split planner to set targets for your next race from a goal time. It runs entirely on our site and doesn’t use HYROX’s data.

We’ll update this story if HYROX announces an official data partnership or if any of the affected sites change how they operate.
